How do I become a registered retailer?
Fill out the form above with your business name, register online, or visit our Baba Dogo hub with your business permit and KRA PIN for immediate registration.
What is your typical delivery lead time?
For orders placed before 10:00 AM, we strive for same-day or next-day delivery within Nairobi and its surroundings. Upcountry orders take 2–3 business days.
Do you offer credit terms?
Credit terms are available for established partners following a credit risk assessment by our finance department.
Are all your products KEBS certified?
Yes. As a premier distributor, we exclusively stock products that meet all Kenya Bureau of Standards (KEBS) requirements.
How do I pay for an order?
Pay by M-Pesa at checkout (STK push, or Paybill 542542 account 239111), cash on delivery on verified routes, or bank transfer for account customers. See payment options.
What if something arrives damaged?
Report it within 48 hours of delivery and we will replace or credit it. Read the return policy.
